Cook: Aside from preparing food daily, a cook is expected to keep track of inventory. Maintaining his work area clean is also part of his duty.

Steward Associate: A steward associate maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of each cabin guest and passageway. A qualified one has full knowledge of sanitation procedures and properly applies chemicals used for cleaning.

Storekeeper: A storekeeper keeps the storage area clean and in proper condition. He is also responsible for physical inventories of all the items and keeps track of their expiration dates.
